This came at the perfect time. I’m in the process of preparing for my first College Keynote and this couldn’t have come at a better time. I remember the points (In the Presentation Power Bootcamp) about thanking the Event Planner once I get on stage, but this will allow me to connect with her on an even deeper level. Thanks J…

Thank you for this reminder about gifting a meeting planner. What a great way to connect and show appreciation! I am going to send something special today to a person I just met with about speaking! Great timing!

I liked the speaking tip a lot, and I wanted to share something along those lines. While visiting New Mexico next week for a customer appointment, I am planning to stop by and see a lady who was involved in the planning committee of an event I did in DC last month. I figured since I was going to be there for this other appointment, maybe I could pop in to say hello and buy her a cup of coffee. She was delighted that I would take time out while I’m there to stop by and see her. As you said, it’s the little things that count.
Blessings and Safe travels,
Laura
